Ukraine stated that it was ready for the inauguration for Yushchenko Sunday, January 23. Russia's President Vladimir Putin also congratulated Yushchenko for his win of the Presidency. The Ukraine Supreme Court nullified the original election after many frauds were exposed. Yushchenko won the December 26 election.
