Senator Biden joins the Presidential Race

Delaware Senator Biden announced that he has formed a Presidential Exploratory Committee. Senator Biden is currently the chairman for the Foreign Relations Committee. Marked by his expertise in foreign policy, the Senator has been a vocal critic against the Bush Administration on the War on Iraq. There were recent comments from the Senator, which he criticized other Democratic Presidential candidates. The Senator has since then down played those comments. This will be Senator Biden's second time of running for Presidency. In 1988 he sought to win the Democratic nomination, but he stepped down as allegations of speech plagiarisms arose.
